(System Redundancy , Video Surveillance (Satellite CCTV), Emergency & Public Broadcasting, Access Control, Sensor Detection, etc)
The next-generation satellite internet (like as starlink) based ISMS (Integrated Security Management System) solution by AdPac is a solution that supports map-based alarm sensor events for video surveillance, IP emergency communication devices, warning broadcasts, and more. It consists of an ISMS Linux server (which can be installed as a virtual machine on Windows) and an MS Windows-based operating PC.
The ISMS UI (user interface) is designed with a dark color scheme to reduce visual fatigue for users exposed to the monitor for extended periods. It employs an intuitive design approach that allows monitoring of IP emergency communication devices, sensor hubs, warning broadcast terminals, access control devices, IP cameras, and more in tile form by region.
It offers an intuitive UI design reflecting on-site needs, a map-based platform supporting control of IP cameras, broadcast terminals, and sensor detection nodes, system status management, alarm display functions, device configuration functions, and ship management features.

The system provides an intuitive UI design reflecting on-site requirements, supports a map-based platform for controlling IP cameras, broadcast terminals, and sensor detection nodes, and offers system status management, alarm display, device configuration, and unmanned station management functions.
Extensive Satellite CCTV Network Features
The Smart VMS Viewer software, which displays CCTV video such as IP cameras, supports not only the traditional H.264 video codec but also the next-generation low bit rate video codec H.265. The newly developed satellite CCTV security monitoring software solution incorporates numerous features tailored to the characteristics of satellite communication. These include stable, uninterrupted service over low bandwidths using the H.265 codec (e.g., 128K, 256K), real-time prediction of satellite network transmission errors (using a backward channel), real-time automatic video bitrate adjustment based on satellite network conditions (adjusting resolution from HD to D1, frame rate adjustments), and real-time display of satellite network status, among other capabilities.
System Redundancy CCTV Network Features (Optional)
AdPac’s ISMS integrated security monitoring solution optionally supports active-standby system redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service. The active-standby system redundancy method is applicable when IP cameras or video codecs are connected via satellite networks with very limited transmission bandwidth. For local networks with very high transmission bandwidth, an active-active system redundancy feature can be applied.
The newly released ISMS-R active-standby system redundancy feature additionally includes dedicated SVP (Security Video Player) software developed to encrypt CCTV video during external export and playback. The ISMS-R redundancy solution is designed for installation at critical facilities, enabling regional network redundancy to respond effectively to disasters such as fires. Users can select CCTV video backup intervals to efficiently handle failures.

1.2 Satellite Communication-Based SIP Broadcasting Solution
The AP-SoftSPS SIP Broadcasting Server is a Linux-based hardware platform (AP-ITMS2000: Integrated IP Telephony Management System) installed on terrestrial networks, providing voice broadcasting transmission over the internet to ships using satellite communication at remote locations via the SIP protocol. Since satellite communication networks experience real-time changes in network QoS such as packet loss, unlike regular internet networks, excellent error concealment functionality is essential for real-time transmission traffic. To address this, the system supports various transmission and reception techniques.
The AP-SoftSPS SIP Broadcasting Server uses the standard SIP-based VoIP signaling protocol and RTP real-time transmission protocol and can operate in standalone mode or legacy SIP IP-PBX clone mode. It offers an excellent solution for voice and audio broadcast distribution over the internet in enterprise environments, designed to deliver outstanding performance and maximum user satisfaction. The AP-SoftSPS SIP Broadcasting Server is built on a Linux server-based hardware platform, ensuring stable service. Installation and maintenance are very simple, making it easy for beginners to operate. AdPac’s SIP broadcast solution consists of the AP-SoftSPS SIP broadcasting server and SIP broadcast terminals such as the AP601, AP602, AP620, AP650, and AP680.
The AP-SoftSPS SIP Broadcasting Server runs on a Linux OS software platform providing SIP paging server functionality. It supports system redundancy to ensure stable service even in case of failures. For uninterrupted service, not only the server but also the SIP broadcast source and SIP broadcast terminals must support firmware upgrades to enable simultaneous processing by two AP-SoftSPS broadcast servers.
AdPac’s diverse series of IP broadcasting equipment, along with its VoIP product line, is recognized for its performance and reliability not only in Korea but also in the global market. The AP-SoftSPS SIP Broadcasting Server, infused with the experience and know-how accumulated in the enterprise and telecom operator markets, meets the needs of customers seeking SIP standard protocol-based audio broadcast services, offering high satisfaction across various service aspects. By using AdPac’s proprietary QoS algorithms alongside general QoS (Quality of Service), it provides stable service over internet networks where jitter and packet loss variations are inevitable.
