Smart Meeting Scheduler Software Component
User or administrator can manage video conference schedule using Smart Meeting Scheduler software component. Meeting schedule management (schedule, join, cancel), calendar, meeting history, meeting notice functions are main services provided by this software component.
Smart Meeting Messenger Software Component
User can get a video conference meeting notification by using Smart Meeting Messenger software component. Receiving a video conference meeting invite, notice, and messenger service are main services provided by this software component.
Smart Meeting Messenger provides services such as messenger service, telephone directory, user presence, etc. Smart Meeting Messenger service of AP-SMS100 can be operated by AddPac Technology’s proprietary protocol called smart service control protocol (SSCP), which is managed between AddPac’s Smart Meeting Server and End-Point like as AP-SMS100. In order to provide User Presence features on real-time basis, such as user busy, on-line, user away, etc, the Presence server can be mounted and operated on IP-PBX. The presence server can be operated on the same hardware platform and can be operated independently in the platforms separated to each other.
Smart Meeting Previewer Software Component
User can preview current video conference meeting room without join or participant by using Smart Meeting Previewer software component. This program can monitor which persons are attended a meeting room, or how many person are joined a meeting room.
Meeting room preview function, Joined Participant Thumbnail Video function, and Live Meeting Join function are main services provided by this software component.
Smart Meeting Place Software Component
This smart meeting place software component provides multi-party HD video conference, audio conference, chatting and document share.
