AP-PNC2000 satellite video encoder supports
full HD, HD, D1 video codec service and subtitle generation service for
satellite CCTV application. Especially, H.265 based high quality
D1, HD compression video is applicable to very low bandwidth (128kbps,
256kbps, etc) satellite network based video surveillance for commercial ship,
battle ship and vehicle, etc.
AP-PNC2000 satellite video codec processes the 30 frames of
1080p, 720p (1280x720), D1(720X480), CIF (325X288) images per second based on
H.265, H.264 compressed codec standard in real time. A user may setup an
appropriate frame rate and bit rate in accordance with triple video encoding
function and H.265, H.264 concurrent video encoding function at manual mode. At
automatic mode, AP-PNC2000 supports dynamic network adaptive video rate control
like as picture size control (HD->D1, D1->HD), bandwidth control
according to satellite network status using RTCP channel monitoring protocol.
Normally, this scalable video coding scheme has strong advantage in error
robust characteristic. Thus, this new AP-PNC2000 video codec is very applicable
in wireless video transmission like as satellite, microwave, etc.
AP-PNC2000 supports HDMI, component input, S-video, analog video
input interfaces. Also, it supports gigabit ethernet
interface and is designed to fit for next generation network environment.
RTSP/RTP/SRTP/RTCP based transmission protocol and management function with
Smart Web Manager can be main advantage of AP-PNC2000 video encoder.
With its compact size and high-performance, AP-PNC2000 is applicable to various sites such as military defense area, government nuclear power-plant, tactical gas storage area, etc
Also, AP-PNC2000 satellite video
encoder interworks with AddPac’s ISMS Integrated Security Management System

satellite bandwidth (128kbps, 256kbps, etc), real-time satellite bit error rate
estimation function via RTCP protocol, satellite network adaptive video bit
