AddPac SIP emergency voice call solution consists of AP-EIP70 SIP emergency call phone, AP-IP120 IP phone, AP-ACS1500 SIP call manager and AP-NR1500 IP voice call recording server.

AP-EIP70 is SIP emergency call phone that enables the high-quality VoIP communications. AP-EIP70 SIP emergency call phone uses the SIP standard VoIP signal process feature providing an excellent scalability by interworking with AddPac IP phone and AddPac call manager Server. AP-EIP70 can be used in many different places requiring emergency call features. AP-EIP70 supports various voice codecs like as G.722, G.711, acoustic echo canceller, built-in microphone and speaker.

AP-ACS1500 SIP call manager provides system redundancy function like Active-Standby or Active-Active system for fault tolerant architecture. For the redundancy function, AP-ACS1500 supports dual hot-swap CPU boards at the front part of chassis. AP-ACS1500 supports various call features support like call pickup, call waiting, call park etc.

AP-IP120 IP phone supports 4 line graphic LCD size, 12 speed-dial button with user presence LED, wide variety of feature keys. It supports not only the major VoIP signaling protocols concurrently such as SIP, H.323 but also G.722, G.711, G.729 voice codec.

AP-NR1500 IP voice call recording server is used along with AddPac IP voice terminals to support high performance network based voice recording. AP-NR1500 IP voice call recording server provides various information like calling number indication, usage time, and voice signal separation function by using RTP media transmission protocol and SIP standard signaling protocol.
