AddPac IWMS IP video wall integrated management system is
a next-generation IP video wall equipment that provides IP video wall display
services through distributed processing of various AddPac applications (video
conferencing, CCTV VMS, IP broadcasting, etc.). It is designed to operate in a
variety of environments by optimizing the configuration for large and small
displays. It supports real-time decoding, layout mixing, and display of video
and audio information coming from multiple points. As shown in the diagram
below, the system consists of three components: IWC, IWCS, and IWDS. IWC (IP
Video Wall Controller) is a Windows-based application software that is
responsible for IP video wall settings such as codec, layout screen
configuration, and video source selection. IWDS (IP Wall Display Server) is
directly connected to the LCD panel via HDMI and performs video decoder and
screen rendering functions. The performance of the IWDS determines the number
of LCD panels that can be controlled, and there are components for which
performance optimization and stability are important. IWCS (IP Wall Control
Server) provides the ability to perform overall control by connecting multiple
IWCs and multiple IWDS.
