Speech Recognition AI based Call Routing Demo : 

AP-VAC320 is a 7-inch LCD IP video intercom that provides video communication service using the Internet. AP-VAC320 has an excellent scalability using SIP standard VoIP signal process feature by interworking with AddPac IP video phone and SIP video call manager server. AP-VAC320 supports gigabit ethernet and Power over Ethernet. And AP-VAC320 SIP video intercoms supports latest audio/video codecs including H.264. 

For real-time voice transmission to speech AI server, AP-VAC320 support 16-bit Linear PCM. The Integrated Speech AI Server is a linux OS based high-performance processor and NVIDA HW AI Accelerator System that supports Speech to Text (STT) server, Sound Event Detection (SED) server, and Automatic Call Control Scenario Server.
