ED-137 (First Edition)	2009	Exclusive to RTP Header Extension. PTT control relied solely on in-band bits within the RTP packet. SIP performed only the role of session setup.
ED-137B	2012	Introduction of SIP INFO (Out-of-band). A dedicated XML structure for radio control was defined, and PTT-id and priority management were systematized.
