Smart Billing System is a Linux based system to perform efficient communication costs (billing) for enterprise in next generation IP telephony solution.
AddPac Smart Billing System is composed of Linux based server and web based client software. It supports tariff management, billing policy management, access level management, system performance management, and billing database backup management.
Server- Client System Architecture
AddPac Smart Billing System is composed of Linux based server and web based client software. Smart Billing System uses higher version of Linux OS or RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux) 5.0. For application software, it uses JRE (Java Runtime Environment) 1.5.1 and PostgreSQL 8.1.11 database. Smart Billing System client is compatible with Window XP, Vista, and Window Server and supports billing system service by accessing into smart billing server. It is designed to check the software version automatically so that user may upgrade the software freely. Also, UI design is user friendly so that it is very convenient to use in any environments.
Billing Information Report Function
Smart Billing System supports statistic information data regard of site, trunk, department, phone user (phone usage) by monthly, weekly, and daily basis. It supports monthly statistic for entire phone usage, monthly statistic for calling history types, monthly statistic for incomplete call, monthly statistic for entire phone bill search, monthly statistic for site phone bill search, trunk phone bill search, department phone bill search, user phone bill search, monthly statistic for entire phone bill, monthly statistic for phone usage for each site, monthly statistic for number of phone call for each site, and display monthly statistic for phone bill for each site.
Phone Usage Alert Function
AddPac Smart Billing System supports an alert function for the entire phone usage information (each individual, each department) through Email. Also, it is designed to manage the alert target through list management for entire phone usage, department phone usage, and individual phone usage.
Calling History Management Function
Smart Billing System supports calling history management to view the information through various search engines. It also supports to export searched calling history information to Excel, PDF, HTML file as well as filtering function such as period, detail information display.
System Performance Display Function
Smart Billing System has its own internal system performance status display function. System performance information (CPU, HDD, Memory, etc.) and supports graph display information regard of system performance.
User Management Function
Smart Billing System supports a differentiated service in accordance with each administrator level. Administrator registration is designed to register general information and site information concurrently for multi-site management.
Billing System Backup Function
Smart Billing System supports periodic billing data backup function based on schedule regard of billing information as well as manual backup function.
System Event Log Function
It is a function to support event log for various debugging level. A user may check the event log through search engine and filtering function.
