IPNext180 Hybrid IP-PBX Call Center Software Features (Call Log, IVR, ACD, CRM API, IP based Voice Recording, etc)





AddPac Technology has released a new Call Center Application Software of Next Generation Hybrid IP-PBX for IP Communication, IPNext180, supporting  two(2) hardware VoIP module slots for analog phones, PSTN interface (Digital E1/T1, FXO) and accommodating IP (voice/video) terminals. IVR, RTP Proxy, User Presence, Unified Messaging Server (UMS), Media Service (Ring Back Tone, Music on Hold, Announcement), Unified Communication (UC) are just dynamic and powerful features of the AddPac IPNext180.


The IPNext180 Hybrid IP-PBX has been designed with the high-performance and imbedded RISC and supports firmware upgrade. This product is ideal for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) as it collaborates with a wide range of VoIP and video terminals and provides a various IP applications. The front panel of IPNext180 Hybrid IP-PBX system has LED indicating the device status and two(2) 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet ports, the RS-232C console port for Command Line Interface (CLI). Hot swapping enables the IPNext180 to operate continually, without suspension, because voice modules can be inserted and removed freely even during its operation. Its rear panel is configured with two(2) slots for mounting VoIP modules.

IPNext180 collaborates with a wide range of the terminals including the AddPac Video Phone Series such as AP-VP300, AP-VP280, AP-VP120 and IP Phone Series such as AP-IP300, AP-IP230, AP-160, AP-IP120 and AP-IP90 to support variety of call features: Basic Call, Color Ring, Music on Hold, Blind Transfer, Call Pickup, Group Call Pickup, Consult Call, Switching Call, Consult Transfer, Call Waiting, Call Waiting Notice, Call Park, Call Pickup Remote, Hunt Group. IPNext190 has been designed to support SIP and H.323 simultaneously. In addition to the call routing features, IPNext180 supports RTP proxy for interoperating with a private IP and IPv6 address. With Smart Messenger, this IP-PBX system also supports User Presence, as it is imbedded with the functionalities of Presence Server, Unified Messaging Server for Voice Mail, Multimedia Color Ring and RBT for Music on Hold.

As a IP telephony system for Call Center Application, IPNext180 additionally supports following software function like as Call History (Call Log), IVR (Interactive Voice Responses), ACD(Automatic Call Distribution), Call Hunt, CRM API, IP voice recording, etc.

AddPac Interactive Voice Responses (IVR) software supports to meet all the different demands arising from many different sectors of businesses in general, public offices and call centers, so the user can design the call scenario directly for the one’s specific wants and needs. This solution provides IVR supporting tool with abundant functions which can be operated in IP-PBX.

ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) software function supports three(3) ACD policies like as Longest Idle Time ( call will be distributed to longest idle queue member), Preference (call will be distributed by preference order of queue member), and Sequential( Call will be distributed to next queue member sequentially).  CRM API provides the API for Caller ID information, API for Click to Dial Service. For IP based Voice Recording Service, AddPac supports external Voice Recording Server and MS-Window based Digital Voice Recording Application Software.
